1.Shipping IN STOCK Products
- Once you select your item, materials and size head to our Check Out page and enter your address and information.
- For shipping options you can select to Pick up in Store or Standard Shipping.
- Keep in mind that your products will take 4-5 business days to arrive if you select the Standard Shipping.
- The Encomienda System is a Third Party Company. Please contact us if you prefer to have your items delivered to your house, hotel or office. (This might have an additional cost)
- Our International Delivery uses DHL Premium and varies from 5-15 days after deposit. Please contact us to email@example.com to learn more about international shipping.
- You can select any ''Pre-Order Item'' in our website. After you place your order our team will be contacting you to confirm your order.

Once we receive your payment and order our team will be contacting you to confirm your order and shipping details.

All MAD Living products will be covered for one year from date-of-purchase against issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults. This warranty is only available to the original owner and is not transferable.
